We had a lovely stay at the Glenross last week and thought you were all very friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious and what a luxury not having to worry about what I was eating. It was great to see how knowledgeable you were about coeliac disease and the trouble you go to to get things right.

Dear Janet, Andrew and Catherine,
Thankyou for the lovely week we had with you from the 5th to the 12th. We had a lovely time on our first visit to the Glenross. The food was excellent, as was the service we recieved from you all.
You were always cheerful, even though you must get tired with so much to do during the day.
We will certainly recomend you to our friends and hope to visit you again in the future. Once again, many thanks for a wonderful time.

Dear Andrew and Janet,
This is a note to say a big thankyou for the way in which you looked after us whilst we were in Torquay attending the Rotary District 1100 Conference earlier this month.
The accommodation was most comfortable and the food supberb !
Many have congratulated Rob and myself for making such a good choice, not only for the excellent facilities offered, but also it's proximity to the Riviera Centre.
We could not have been made more welcome and it was much appreciated.
